Our Grooming Parlour is located just above the shop, offering a calm, friendly space where your dogs are cared for with patience, skill and lots of love.

Our Salon Manager, Faith, has over 6 years’ experience in dog grooming and holds a Level 3 Certificate in Dog Grooming. She is also qualified in Canine First Aid and holds a Cleeny Teeth Certificate.

Faith works for Eddie’s and is dedicated to making every dog feel safe, comfortable and beautifully groomed.

Alongside Faith, we are pleased to have three independent grooming businesses working from within our salon space:

Ruff 2 Buff

Each business operates independently from our grooming parlour on set days during the week, offering their own services and expertise within the welcoming environment of Eddie’s.

Having a mix of in-house and independent groomers allows us to offer more availability and flexibility, while keeping the relaxed, caring atmosphere our customers know and love.

An initial health check assessment is required on the first visit to assess the health and reaction of your dog. Upon assessment, the cost of the groom will be given to the customer. This is dependant on the coat condition and the confidence level of your dog. We groom at the pace of your dog and if your dog is extremely nervous then extra time may be needed and this is reflected in the price.

Hi, im Lottie, ive been grooming dogs for 3 years with experience with all types of dogs. I currently hold a City and Guilds Level 2 and First Aid Certificate. I am also qualified in Cleeny Teeth Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning.

Hi, im Sophia, I have been grooming dogs for 6 years, I have a wide variety of experience of different breeds. I hold a Level 3 Certificate in Dog Grooming and an Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning Certificate.

Hi, i'm Richard, I have been grooming dogs for just over 6 months. I hold a Level 3 Certificate in Dog Grooming and an Emmipet Teeth Cleaning Certificate.
